Les « Rives de l’Orne » donnera ainsi le jour à 25 000 m2 de commerces, à un multiplexe cinématographique de 10 salles, à 220 logements ainsi qu'à environ 25 000 m2 de bureaux, à un hôtel 3 étoiles et à un parking de 900 places. La première phase de bureaux, d’environ 5 000 m2, sera disponible à partir du premier semestre 2013.

This ambitious project will be a combination of shops, leisure, housing and offices. It will give birth to 25,000 m2 of shops, a 10-screen multiplex, 220 dwellings, about 25,000 m2 of office space, a three star hotel and 900 parking spaces. The first phase of offices, which is about 5,000 m2, will be available from the first half of year 2013.
