The three winners of the China Europa's  first international short films competition have been warmly congratulated by the Jury . The President of the jury Paul Andreu congratulates with emotion the creativity and quality of the nominated works. "Landscape", a short film of just 2 minutes shows a landscape and the spreading of a metropolis. "Red Spirit" illustrates a city degraded and polluted through the journey of a girl's spirit flying in the air.
