SCIP has the largest hazardous waste incinerator in China with a treatment capacity of 60.000 tones/year. The incineration plant, commissioned in 2006 for an operational period of 50 years, has been designed to treat hazardous waste in various forms, including liquids, solids and gases, produced by industrial and petrochemical costumers in SCIP and Shanghai area.
